Company Culture

We enjoy a terrific team environment at Vantage Builders. It’s been cultivated over the years through our hard work together in the office and on the job site, and it’s very visible at the many events we have throughout the year. Some events feature a little competition, whether during our annual Striper Tournament (now in its 21st year), our bowling night or the Thompson Island Trail Run, and sometimes it’s just an enjoyable night out, like our annual holiday party. But no matter what, we enjoy spending time with each other.
